Caffeine works. Melatonin has never done anything for me; maybe Iβm immune, but Iβve put it in the same mental basket as homeopathy.
Melatonin stimulates your bodies vitamin D creation, which makes you tired when it gets dark. Itβs not a magical bullet to solve insomnia, but it helps sleep regulation for people who donβt get enough sunlight. You still need some sunlight though, just less.
