Sounds about right. The 3 or 4 since certainly resulted in a lot of shitty programming.
mercanoThey also had gone over budget on a few episodes earlier in the season (Elementary, Dear Data and Q Who, the first Borg episode, usually get blamed), and didn’t have much money left.
