@GottaLaff Thomas is an unethical man who should be kicked off the court. We all know he won't recuse himself, but we can't normalize his self-serving behavior. So the right thing to do is to demand his recusal in every such case.

Durbin has repeatedly shown he is not up to the challenge of a corrupted SCOTUS.

He needs to remand recusals. He needs to conduct public hearings. He needs to demand testimony. And he needs to withhold funding until he gets these.

@GottaLaff Calling #ClarenceThomas to recuse is like asking #WeirdOldTrump not to lie. The only way Thomas would be kicked off the court is to impeach him. That is so tough with a slim senate majority. But Dem Senate must try just to get bad PR for these despicable people.
