I made some cabbage with sour cream. Oldest kid tasted and retreated. No other takers :) then I looked in this book (which gets more usage than any cookbook in this house) to see what benefits has the cabbage so I can sell it further. I learned that I should have let it rest for 45 minutes after shredding.
Next time.
We're trying to cut down on salt, meat, milk (maybe) and step up on beans and vegetables.
