how about a follow up that shows the prosecutors held him in a cell with no where to lay down for more than two days, when they could have just given him a summons to appear for testimony? this whole episode is absolutely shameful and undemocratic.

the prosecutor now says that they will appeal. let's see the evidence first this time!
