Can only just touch on tippy toes at that point. Water kinda has current/swell in it when the waves are washing in like this, unlike a regular swimming pool, so harder to find dropped stuff since it doesn't stay put. Did try and look around for the goggles (band is fluorescent green so it was worth a go) but couldn't spot anything (not helped by shortsightedness).

@erkpod yeah, posted to their FB page. And will check with lifeguard next time in case they turn up. Ya never know.
They could also have been swished out into the ocean. Maybe a short sighted shark out there somewhere is only now going on about his awesome new goggles. 😂😂😂
