JohnStarted to upgrade my Dawes SST bike. Ordered a set of gumwalls, but only one came today 🤷♂️. I should be getting the rest tomorrow. Going to replace the bar tape, chain, and brakes on it. Super stoked to get riding again.
Got the other tire on, and started to wrap the handlebars only to realize that I didn't have any tape to finish it off. But that may be for the best since I think I can wrap the curves a little better with another go. Progress.
Looking at it more, I think I may swap out the saddle for a nice brown Brooks saddle.
