Eliminating medical debt is amazing. Easiest way? Debt Jubilee, oversight and then transition to M4A.
But a subsidy for home purchases is a band aid, for all sorts of reasons (climate change induced costs) and the fact that property *inflation* has been defined as “building wealth” for 100 years. Prices need to go down, by a lot, like 75% and other means of financial security reached.
For the long term, aggressive anti trust and dismantling of corporate wealth networks is a must. 🧵
