Ok. I'm not a Twitter employee. But I am an employee. I know that good corporate culture is a beautiful thing, even if it's not the deathbed "family" we hark back to. I know from personal experience that toxic culture dulls your mind and emotions, leaving you numb at best, and shellshocked at worst. I am not surprised at Twitter's outcomes, based on how Twitter's employees have been treated. Yes, salaries are generally a high business expense. But without that experience, poor decisions are made. Et voila, Elon's fuck up. NOT everything that brought him to today in terms of operations. Rather, all the negative human resources options he's chosen.
