for the potato fears not death
Crows understand the concept of zero. Meanwhile, I just attempted to style my hair with a can of spray cheese.
Sweet can mean kind and caring or hella rad, which is nice because being kind and caring is hella rad.
And where is the line drawn on service to LGBTQ+ customers? Do you exclude Mrs (insert name here) from down the street with 6 unruly grandkids because her beard is formidable? A girl in a romper? A man who's wearing a pink golfer? What does LGBTQ+ look like to fundamentalists who don't want to allow access to their store? What about allies? If we all boycott those stores "restricting access" these idiots will have two customers. Maybe.
If you can choose not to allow LGBTQ+ folks as customers you should have to disclose that to all potential customers so we can choose to go elsewhere.
Ok. I'm not a Twitter employee. But I am an employee. I know that good corporate culture is a beautiful thing, even if it's not the deathbed "family" we hark back to. I know from personal experience that toxic culture dulls your mind and emotions, leaving you numb at best, and shellshocked at worst. I am not surprised at Twitter's outcomes, based on how Twitter's employees have been treated. Yes, salaries are generally a high business expense. But without that experience, poor decisions are made. Et voila, Elon's fuck up. NOT everything that brought him to today in terms of operations. Rather, all the negative human resources options he's chosen.
