@anoopr we have this in Germany but with real Sudafed, tho the balance isn't right, too much aspirin not enough Sudafed

@anizocani in the EU we have aspirin coffein for such occasions - It's basically the same, though probably not as extremely dosed xD
...and i just found out excedrin is available in the EU too. Wonder if the EU version is composed differently though.

And well the aspirin coffein thingy is def available in drugstores, but i don't know if it's just as good or only similar on paper.
