This is from the registration statement when Truth Social went public. Given Trump is apparently returning to Twitter (he's been posting there) it actually shows how much Truth Social has no business plan at all other than as a vehicle to give money to Trump.

And I've previously stated, you might want to give money to Trump if he is/you expect he will be President. So the stock is an excellent investment in a piece of Trump's future graft.

@annmlipton It's worse than that. The most recent S-1 (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1849635/000114036124032424/ny20031506x1_s1.htm) says that he may make any post that he deems politically related *in his sole discretion* on any social media site at any time. That is, anything that Trump says is political is exempt from the exclusivity. Given Trump is gonna Trump, the promise is nearly illusory.
