@eniko i like steam keys, they give me access to steams features (fast downloads, save games, workshop, ...) without the 30% cut

@joshix yeah but valve uses it as a sledgehammer, and threatens to cut you off from external keys entirely if you dont do things their way

I tend to do something different that I like to call the social snowball experiment: I gift the game to a bunch of people and ask them to gift the game forward to two people if they like and can afford. If you suddenly notice exponential growth in the next couple of days it might be because of this 😅
