Update 2024.8 is now in the App Store!

Fixes:
- A bug that sometimes reset episode order in playlists
- A bug that could lose playback progress
- Launching on visionOS
- Siri suggestions for playback
- Siri support for playlists and podcasts by name, e.g. "Play my Queue playlist on Overcast" (now works from HomePods, too)

@overcastfm I think there may still be bugs related to deleting downloaded podcasts. Maybe has to do with listening or completing podcasts on different devices? I think I may have finished some of these while listening on my iPad, and they stay downloaded on my iPhone?
