The #California #barExam is one of the most difficult tests administered in the US. While most states have a first-time pass rate of between 65-75%, in California it's between 45-55%. A LOT of #attorneys need to take the test multiple times, and the fact that someone didn't pass on the first try is no indication of their intelligence, knowledge, or aptitude.
