@lolonurse "states rights" has almost always been the cry of people trying to implement injustice and wanting federal rights to get out of their way. They only oppose federal control when that federal control prevents them from mistreating a group of people. And when state's rights get in the way of their agenda, they're always willing to toss them out.

Exactly. They'll invoke or challenge whatever gets in the way of their racist, sexist, xenophobic, ageist, 'other-ist', and whatever other hateful & ugly feelings they have. They're already planning to "correct" the Constitution & Bill of Rights, to reflect what the Founding Fathers "really meant". It boggles my mind that there are functional humans who won't see this.
