There are numerous people in my life that I love, who have been homeless (at some point) for a variety of reasons.

You are not better or worse than they are. They just didn't have a home.

I'm grateful that it didn't happen to me, but I had no family to support me, if something went sideways in my life. I'm not different than they are.

Check your privilege and be grateful, if it didn't happen to you. But don't feel like you have the right to punish others.
