Mikey T.@yujiyokoo お疲れ様でした！ I suppose it depends on the company you work for, but I have the option to take the barium or not. I opt for every other year, but I’m sure a lot of people do it every year 🤢

Thanks for the information. I did not look into any options as this was the first one for me and I didn’t really know what to expect. If I remember next year, I’ll see if I can opt out of it 😂

@yujiyokoo Probably good to do the test every once in a while but yeah, it’s a trip 😅 The “best” part is when they basically have you upside down, gripping those handles for dear life *and* you have to suppress the urge to burp🤣 You almost want them to find something to justify the effort.
