@evacide The beauty of this move is that they could end up without power for days or weeks every year, perhaps drastically reducing the harm they can do.

@wcbdata @evacide Won't it go similar to how it goes in other third world countries?: the rolling blackouts will be mostly in the poorer neighborhoods.
