noooooooo macOS 15 beta conflates "Keyboard language" with "Emoji search language"

I used to be able to find 🍎 with "apple", now I have to search for "jabłko"

yeeeeees macOS 15 beta 3 fixed it! (you can now —again — search emojis by their English name even if your keyboard is set to Polish or whatever)
