It's like you do something that's common practice, you do your post and then someone from outta nowhere, whom you've never talked to before, whom you never knew existed, swoops in and tells your your formatting is all wrong, you're fucking up their reader program, and why didn't you know this already?

And then that same person makes posts wondering why is everyone so rude here. #WhatGives?

There are no memos, no guides, no queues, no warnings, no heads-up here in Fedi. That aspect of Fedi culture needs to change. Otherwise it'll turn into just another sub-cultural tribe that'll eat itself in the end.

@ayilathebailey Maybe we could just normalize telling people to chill tf out, when they pull that why-didn't-you-know-this garbage. Half the time there's no rule or reason at all, it's just that they want everyone to do things their way, just because. If I'm breaking something, be cool and tell me so I'll stop. Otherwise, ain't nobody die and leave your cranky ass in charge, dude. (It's nearly always dudes.)
