Why not? It has been before.

And, what's the goal here? Impeachment would seem proper but the Executive isn't going to dish that out. Are they going to use the judicial system to punish a supreme court member? It could work but there seem to be obvious shortfalls.

Don't get me wrong, I welcome the investigation. But we will need to proceed to impeachment, and we need to be saying that's the goal now.

Meanwhile, in the real world, impeachment&removal requires A) a majority in the House B) 67 votes in the senate. Name the 17 GOP senators who would vote to replace Clarence Sale with a Biden appointee.
