Walden's Ridge, or Mowbray Mountain, depending on where you are when you ask, is a fragment of the Cumberland Plateau on its Eastern edge. Bordered to its West by the Great Valley, the Sequatchie River winds between it and the plateau, a shadow of the ancient waters that divided the land.
