jsj@dangillmor Depends on the skill set. Software engineers and many other techies will be fine. I suspect there are many countries who would love to get some of that woke brain. The smart ones know we’re not all bad.

Seems misguided confidence in a time of mass layoffs in US tech.
Here in UK I'm not aware of particular skills shortages in those areas. Health and social care are the main areas and I suspect that's widespread in the West due to demographics we share.
