The anime is about making a short film with BL theme, but the anime has 12 episodes, and considering that the manga has only 7 chapters and contains explicit scenes, but there are several pairings that have their stories told in different mangas, it's possible that they will combine all the mangas into one adaptation. Unless ofc the original about Mao and Hisashi got another volume but it was not translated to english even online.
