I'm suggesting that those police are not the enemy and they are not the reason people are protesting. If you focus on beating security measures instead of the reason you protest, you have failed immediately.

Was there integrity to the protest or is it an excuse to be dicks?

Is there a sentiment that all law enforcement is evil? If you take that stance, go home. There are good people out there that work to keep others safe.

Be different than the Jan 6th crew.

Where did you grow up, Disneyland?

Law enforcement may attend a Fourth of July fireworks show to keep people safe, but not a demonstration.

When we shut down the WTO, we may have focused on an effective blockade primarily, but we also took as ground truth that the cops were in opposition to everything that we were there to do, are dangerous, and have impunity.

@Voline @noisenerd @UnicornRiot

Take it however you choose. Public tantrums have done nothing constructive. Nothing. They are not legitimate protest. I'm sorry you don't agree.

@innivate @noisenerd @UnicornRiot
You don’t get to decide what is and isn’t a “public tantrum” or “legitimate protest” and if you decide you’re the arbiter at a demonstration you’re going to get your candy ass hurt.

@Voline @noisenerd @UnicornRiot

That's fair. I don't decide. Not qualified and dont want the job, but after the fact, I can say ynothing useful was accomplished in portland or on capital hill. So why not try something different instead?

Organize and do something radically constructive instead of burning cars because you can get away with it?

Spiff balling.

@innivate @noisenerd @UnicornRiot
No cars were burned in either place, and as I said they were no anti-WTO actions in Portland. We were all in Seattle.

I’m done responding to you shooting your mouth off (with such self-confidence!) about shit you know nothing about.

@Voline @innivate @noisenerd @UnicornRiot
See, Jim just sucked up the RW propaganda without critique, certain the police will protect *him*.
