People s/b able to protest, but many Americans are finding themselves without the humility or discipline to take a punch, without pulling a knife in response. It is shameful and misguided.

The difference between them and Ghandi, is that peaceful protest sometimes means 'risking' a beating. Not giving one.

People should be peacefully demonstrating the strength of their convictions, not play-acting at small unit tactics to exacerbate riots.

People don't want to wear a floatie, break the rules, then wonder why their best friend drowns. This ups the stakes, but in a skewed sense because it didn't need to happen in the first place.

These protests are different from the protests on where to store nukes, like Yucca Mountain -one-dimensional.

There are a lot of causes being repped + countered. That is not the time to paint your safety device as the enemy IMO. Focus on the protest not countering safety tools. Please.
