They've had a parcel of mine apparently just sitting at the local delivery centre for 10 days, and there's no way to actually talk to a human to find out what's going on. So frustrating.

Eventually got a photo of proof of delivery of the delivery chap smiling teasing it onto the porch. They have a camera so it also showed him tossing it down the side of the house afterwards.
