@dbchatterjea I will not hold any hope. Now the issue becomes de facto hold on.
My perspective is that both parties and the government want to maintain a status quo unless there is an election involved to increase their voter bank.

There is a third & main party "Kashmir people" that wants something else that is ignored i.e. Independence & there right to voice there opinion
