There is a practice in software development called "The 5 Whys" that is used to help track down the root cause of bugs. You start with the original problem and ask why it is happening, and once you have an answer, you then ask why that is happening, and so on. The theory goes that you'll find your root cause after going through this loop several times.

However, this practice can also apply to our own beliefs and habits. Ask yourself why you're doing something, and then keep asking until you get down to the core belief that is driving your actions. This can help uncover our unconscious biases and also take steps towards changing our behaviors.

So the next time you find yourself in a rut, #fediverse, start asking yourself why. You might be surprised at what you find! 😀❤️

This is where I am at in life. It's going to be a deep dive why I do and think the way I do. It's work, but it's never too late to try and be the better version of you for your own contentment and for those you encounter. ❤️ Thanks Alshra!
