Yes, there's a small covered stage, but there are very large thunderstorms in the forecast, and there's no way the stage will be adequate cover in a downpour. So anyway, it rained a bit but we played. Appreciative crowd, some folks got up and danced, and everything had pretty much dried off for the load-out. The main thing is we weren't electrocuted, so yay.
Huh, that last post makes it sound as though we didn't have fun. BUT WE DID. It was good to get up and melt some faces again. My voice felt GREAT, and I got to stretch out a bit on a couple of solos.
