It's naive and simplistic, I think, to say that The New York Times is for Trump. They favor chaos, for they think they are the solution to chaos when, of course, they are only an agent of it. The Times shares Murdoch's worldview not in ideology but in the ultimate business model: sensationalism of its own sort.
