Obviously, last night wasn’t a great showing, but I’m voting for substance and his record, not a 90 minute debate.
Biden: I don’t know what you did last night but I spent 90 minutes on a stage debating guy who has the moral of an alley cat. My guess is he set a new record for the most lies told in a single debate.

Biden, still with a cough and slight hoarse voice, is a complete 180 in energy and attentiveness from last night’s debate, feeding off the crowd.
The weakness shown by stepping aside would hand the election to Trump.
Joe has done more for progressive causes than any president since Kennedy. The doomsaying is a bigger problem than one iffy debate performance. Step off the cliff and take a breath.
But if you were looking for an excuse to vote for Trump, well this is weak sauce but ok, you do you.

It’s not about Biden at the end of the day. It’s about Trump.
He’s going to focus on a weakness, that’s his Mo. what we are not good at is the kind of manipulation he and his minions excel at no matter who is the nominee.
No one else can beat him. If Biden can’t, no one can.

It’s ok to have doubts. At the end of the day those doubts may or may not be resolved, but they will need to be set aside.
One team.
One candidate
One vote.
Don’t pick on personalities. Pick on issues. Make that your focus. Because that’s really what’s at stake here and age and a bad debate are not.
Once we win in November if you want to call for him to step aside, that’s the time. For now it’s about hard teamwork.
