VK2TTY he/him@EA7KRC same! I’m so far figured out once I activate my ATU I’ll have a low loss resonant antenna system, and that a deliberate counterpoise and common mode choke will work better than using my feed line as an accidental counterpoise.
I’m still trying to qualify the stern advice that the wire must exceed a quarter wavelength on the longest band, and determine whether I might be able to get better results with a shorter wire if I add a loading coil.
