I think we've reached the bottom. I don't think the Government realizes its own state of decay. Only the public can fix this.

The only thing I can feel is sad. We (a number of us) knew this was the current condition and in need of reform. But we are too few and our voices can't be loud enough (at this time at least) to make a difference.
