The Oklahoma Supreme Court issued a strong ruling today, holding 6-2 that a religious charter school violates Oklahoma law and Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. GOP AG Drummond fought the charter school board on this and won. https://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=496522
Also, a notable loss for Alliance Defending Freedom โ€” and in Oklahoma.
This is, of course, yet another situation where the โ€œwinโ€ merely maintains the status quo โ€” which is, in part, why Drummond fought it. The alternative, an ADF win here, would have been an unbelievably extreme ruling. The fact that it has two votes is itself alarming.

@chrisgeidner I'm guessing the so-called "Alliance Defending Freedom" does anything but.
