Hey “Green” New Deal, how is it going?
- a commuter train costs 10 PLN for a two-way ticket for a 2*40 km trip
- a Hyundai i20 needs approx. 4L or less if you are careful, of gasoline per 100 km
- one liter of 95-octane gasoline costs ~6,5PLN
- which means there is virtually no fucking incentive to take a train beyond car maintenance costs and headaches and being able to do something else for those 30 minutes
