Fairhaven PersonIronically, the annual Buzzards Bay Swim, a major fundraiser for the clean water environmental action group Buzzards Bay Coalition, was cancelled today because overnight rain caused the storm water system in the host city of New Bedford, Massachusetts, to dump millions of gallons of raw sewage into the bay.
