Never seen a Grey crow. We have the black ones and many other birds. Both of our bird baths are refilled several times a day but we're only in the low 90's here usually.

Grey or hooded crow is an Euro Asian species. Guess you are on another continent if you haven't seen them. 😊

Oh, I see. We're in Southwest Florida. Probably might have seen one in Italy in the 70's but had other fun things to do.

They do not inhabit the American continent.
We also have the black and white magpie, which is a Euro-Asian species as well.
Also verysmart.
Often we see them throwing walnuts into the street from the traffic lights,waiting for the cars to crush the shell,and then they go down and take the kernel.
Fortunately, in our cities, we have plenty of walnuts and hazelnuts in the parks, various types of plums Even when it's winter and snow, there are always fruits under the fallen leaves.
