Military brat born in Bremerhaven, Germany in '55. Retired supervisor from Lee County DOT in Fort Myers, Fl. I've lived in Germany, Baltimore, Hawaii, Louisiana, Guam, California, and Italy. Graduated from V.A.H.S IN '73. Just after I retired I learned that now, I never get a day off. I'm a fan of Bernie Sanders so I might be a Democratic Socialist.

Oh by the way, the engine sounds magnificent!
Phyllis Logan, aka Cora Felton in The Puzzle Lady, drives a Nissan Skyline which I believe might be a 1989. Having only ever seen one in Florida, I'm hoping the weird car folks out there know for sure. Ta! #weirdcarmastodon #nissan #skyline #pbs
Sector111 Lotus Exige, 2009. A highly tuned, track-focused version of the Series 2 Exige, with a 1.8-litre Katana-supercharged engine producing 240hp, reduced weight, and extensive ReVerie carbon fibre aerodynamic upgrades. Sector111 added AP Racing brakes, track-tuned suspension, and lightweight StellaCORSE wheels, in addition to the asymmetric paint job. #lotus #weirdcarmastodon Source, carsthatnevermadeitetc.tumblr.com

Mosler Raptor, 1997. A road-going version of the Consulier GTP race car powered by a Lingenfelter-modified 446bhp 6.3-litre V8. The mid/rear-mounted engine drove through a 5-speed Porsche 911 transaxle, achieving 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds and winning the 1997 and 1999 One Lap of America before it was banned from the event. #mosler #weirdcarmastodon Source, carsthatnevermadeitetc.tumblr.com
Lancia Flavia Berlina 1.5, 1960. Designed by Piero Castagnero and developed by Antonio Fessia, it introduced several technical "firsts" for Italian production cars. Features included an aluminium flat-four engine and four-wheel disc brakes. The boxer engine was mounted ahead of the front axle for improved traction. The mechanical layout was similar to that adopted by Subaru in 1966 and used by them ever since. #lancia #weirdcarmastodon Source, carsthatnevermadeitetc.tumblr.com
