Pierre@stroughtonsmith of there are more cases of non compliance despite all the dialogue and negotiations before publication of the DMA, then maybe the problem is with the instructions and boundaries not being clear enough, allowing too much room for interpretation and disagreement between companies and lawmakers. 🤦 this is bad for everybody except for lawyers (our usual reminder that we chose to study the wrong code 😅)
