Lou Plummer 💖☎️ It should definitely be a law that canceling a service should be as easy as signing up for it. If you sign up online, you should not have to make a phone call to cancel.
David Nelson@amerpie Sirius XM. You can change plans but if you try to cancel it throws some ambiguous error and you have to call or get on a live support chat with someone who will try to talk you into staying.
@dmnelson `NY Times is the same way...and you have to talk to more than one person if you want to cancel.
tweak@amerpie and if you can sign up and spend your money instantly then the same for cancelling/refunds -- no holding your money for weeks!
