LeonianUniverse@Rachelk @gocu54 Hey, Glaroc here, I don't own a pair of those glasses unfortunately if your question has to do with the glasses. Might be worth reaching out to other people who own them, but can answer general gaming questions for sure, I have both a PS5 and Xbox and I game on my PC and Switch too, so most definitely can answer questions about those.
Nick Giannak III@Rachelk @nick @[email protected] don't think gaming is something he does often. I usually have to coax him in to it. It's a mood thing with him! Once he's there though, he has fun and does pretty well. I can't see him ever interested in cp though, and I do agree he's missing out! I should get back in to it, I like the mini games, not so much the battles!
@Rachelk crazy party is sadly in a broken state right now. but it is a fun game nevertheless.

@Rachelk I haven't played it since I was trash talked on a TT server for losing an online session in February 2022.
@TheCube @Rachelk That sucks. Communities for gaming in general are pretty hit and miss. A couple years bac, I was in a group that pretty much allowed those people who were losing to make loud noise to distract the others. Oh and they loved to trash talk too. I dealt with and ignored it, but I felt awkward as hell.
Sadly my stay in that group didn't last long. I invited a friend of mine to join, and apparently I didn't clear it well enough. Iirc, I asked if she could join the group and no one said no, so yes I took that as an indication that I was allowed to share the guest account I had been given. Turns out that was the wrong thing to do. I could tell there was tention building after our game started. Halfway through, they all just started leaving one by one, probably to have a little private conference, and next thing I knew, the guest account that my friend and I had been using to log in was gone. And no one wanted to be mature and communicate and try to make things right. I guess it was just easier for them to show us we weren't worth having around, and expendible at the first inconvenience.
Anyhow I hope that if you wanna play the game again, you can find a better community. There are definitely nice people around who wouldn't bash you no matter how badly you did.

@Rachelk Basically implied that I was useless, shit at the game etc. I used to get that crap from sighted people too.

@Rachelk Also not helping matters was that this session had no games I was best at, like the side scrollers and the ones where you have to press F. I hate doing 3D/top down stuff.
@Rachelk I absolutely love Crazy Party myself, though I only do the mini and micro games. Not battle. I consider myself somewhere between decent and good (I've been working on my save for a really long time), but I'm not picky on who I play with, so long as they can maintain a friendly spirit i.e. don't get mad at me if I win too much, and don't brag about how good you are if you're winning. I also like making game lists for different moods eg. lots of points, beginner friendly, epic adventure etc.
@musicalman oh I'm the same absolutely on everything you said, though so far, I've just created a list of my favourite games.
