Thoroughly enjoying a project to fold 1000 origami cranes. Just finished the flight of peacock print cranes (far left). Completed 8 of 25 flights of 40 cranes. Not rushing at all. Debating between folding bright blue succulent or classic orange floral next. Also need to figure out where to store future flights...this is a guest bedroom..lol. They're just so pretty set out. Will open them once they’re ready to be strung…they take up less room unopened for now.

I guess there's an old Japanese tradition(her mother is Japanese American, I think the grandparents were immigrants but Im not sure) to do this for luck in the wedding. It's either working properly or not at all either way, they're still happily together.
