@rora_borealis oops, you are right. I think it might be a white-faced whistling duck. eBird had some photos of variable amounts of brown on the face.

@joancarroll I was just joking. I assumed you were correct and that this photo or specimen just didn't show/have a white belly, like juvenile plumage.
