I know that Dalek, it belongs to one of the guys from Project Dalek Forum, Dalek Two Zero. His Daleks keep popping up on the picture round of Have I Got News for You and on here strangely.

Someone I once worked with built a Dalek and then gave it away. Sadly I don't have the space otherwise I would have offered to home it.

It is a more common fate for Daleks than one might imagine. While it is currently on hiatus due to illness I am restoring a Dalek that was given to #HitchinHackspace when we visited a local pub and found it in the beer garden. I joined Project Dalek Forum to learn more about building and restoring Daleks, started a build diary and through that was contacted by the original builder who started building it in 1988, finished it in '90 and gave it away in '92
