@jeffowski a critical part of every child's journey to adulthood is the moment they reject everything their parents stand for.
@jmjm @jeffowski just like learning the santa claus ain't real.
@jmjm @jeffowski This must be why I don't scoff at reading more than the headline, don't irrationally hate [insert people], and haven't worked for the same company bitching about the same shit for 30 years

@jeffowski

Doing dog's work there.

Good job.

@pseudonym @jeffowski dawg damn it, I was going to drink that coffee. Now look at that mess πŸ€ͺ
@jeffowski You’re right of course. I would love it if you could have added that ice-cream vans only play their (ghastly) tunes when they’ve run out of ice-cream.
@jeffowski I have a real problem with this. Specifically, the part where they say β€œI’m sorry”.

@jeffowski
It works. Many of them keep doing what they are told way into adulthood.

If there is a god he (and you know it has to be a he) is an egotistical closeted homosexual anyway. Just made up all the religion and no bum fun stuff as a cover story so the other gods would look the other way. And it is on the religious to prove it is not the case.
@stufromoz

@jeffowski Sounds like a good life lesson to me. You should question authority and ask why things are the way they are.
@jeffowski Should tell racist kids that their parents won't let them be friends with [race] because their parents don't want them to be happy.
@jeffowski
I would have added "And Santa Claus doesn't exist either!"
