Unbelievable. Delta introduced a new requirement where you have to login with your last name along with your username and password. However, they don’t allow apostrophes in last names, which is how they have it on their side.
@clayton_oneill two-factor authentication: the password is a thing you know, and your last name is a thing everyone knows.
@piki It didn't use to be required. My only guess is that they screwed up somehow and now have duplicate usernames and have to disambiguate them with last names. That would explain why it's not required if I use my Skymiles # to login.
@clayton_oneill That’s an awful possibility and entirely believable. What do you suppose they do for two people with the same username and the same last name?
