Kathy Hochul is one of the most spineless and treacherous cowards that has ever served in Albany. Millions of dollars have already gone into preparing for this. Cameras, track maintenance. But Hochul folded like a pathetic and pusillanimous bobblehead. Now congestion pricing won't be taken seriously and will face a harder fight. This is why neoliberal Democrats piss me off as much as Republicans. A waste of money.
