Great seeing some pictures of me in my alter-ego at EMF as live visuals performer with @feralfive. Lovely to be back on stage with them! (Even if I spent most of the performance in a cold sweat 😂)

@jonathanhogg @feralfive really enjoyed the show. May I enquire as to what software you were using to create the really cool visuals on the big screens ?
@jonathanhogg @johnhegs thanks! Johnathan has written his own - flitter. He can tell you more ✨

@johnhegs @feralfive ta! It was all written and performed in Flitter, which is a language and visuals engine that I designed myself. The source is on GitHub and it is *mostly* documented on ReadTheDocs

There's also a repo of examples based on the Tiny Code Christmas and Genuary prompts. I hope to get back to finishing the docs and adding more examples now EMF is done

I usually add the #FlitterLang tag when posting about it so you can search that to see some videos

@jonathanhogg fantastic ! I have a bit of an interest as I have done a couple of VJ gigs using Resolume. I went to the TouchDesigner workshop at #EMF as I am heading towards doing some original content rather than playing other peoples’ loops. Will have a look at your tool as I really liked the results.
@johnhegs I should warn you that it is… idiosyncratic 😉
